Aasne Fenne Hoksrud is a medical doctor, educated at University of Bergen. She is working in the hospital in Arendal, and is also involved in a research project on eccentric strength training to treat jumper's knee.
Aasne is a national team caliber orienteerer, and she also enjoys competitive cross-country skiing.
